From tools to a team
Today
A company buys a dozen tools and becomes their operator: exporting, copying and reconciling by hand.
Where we are going
One team works across your tools, read-only, and reports back in plain words.
And its people keep every decision that binds it.
The whole idea
A company is mostly back office. The close, the return, the chase, the calendar, the contract, the hire.Today a founder does it late at night, or pays someone else to do it.We think every company deserves a team for it.Not another tool. A team.Agents who know the company, hand the work to each other and take it to the last step. And people who keep the one thing that is never handed over:every decision that binds the company.
Where this goes
What changes when the back office is a team of agents, and what never does.

Today
A founder’s week goes on preparation: the close, the return, the chase, the calendar.
Where we are going
The preparation arrives done, with the workings attached. People spend their time on the decisions only they can make.
Today
A real back office is something only larger companies can afford.
Where we are going
A whole team for one flat price per company, never per seat, whether the company is one person or a group.
The team, at work
Pick a brief. Dom routes it, the agents hand it along the relay, Bernina checks it, and the last stop is always you.

Find us a product designer in Lisbon and get the contract ready.
We are opening in Germany. Prepare the company and the launch.

Approved. Nothing filed itself. Filing, signing and paying stay yours.
An illustration of the team we are building. Dom, Säntis and Eiger are built; Pilatus, Titlis, Gotthard, Matterhorn and Zermatt are on the roadmap. Bernina is designed to check every Run.
What that world looks like
The same team of eight for a company of one or a group of companies. One flat price per company, never per seat, never per token.
Money out, filings, contracts and anything a customer will read stop for a person. Only a passkey can approve; a password never can.
Agents do the work before the decision. They read, reconcile, draft and prepare, then stop, with the workings attached.
Bernina, the guardian layer, is designed to check the agents’ work before, during and after every Run, and to stop what should not leave.
Brief the team the way you would brief a colleague: in the Console, from Claude, over MCP, and soon from Telegram and WhatsApp.
People at Zuger ask before they look at your work. An owner or admin approves with a passkey, for four hours at most, and every look is listed.
Start free, no card, and meet the team in the Console. Or see what one flat price per company covers.

Open it on the device you want to sign in with — your phone, most likely. It works once, expires in a few hours, and can only create a passkey: it cannot read anything or approve anything.
