WHAT WE BELIEVE
Seven things we
will not trade away.
They are written into the code, not the pitch deck. Each one has a test that fails if it is ever forgotten.
The gate is not a prompt.
An agent cannot read or change its own approval policy. That is enforced where the data lives, so no clever instruction can talk its way past it.
No stored logins, no robot browsers.
If a task needs your password driven through a screen, it is out. Banking is read-only through a licensed provider; Zuger never holds credentials.
An allowance, never a meter.
Every plan carries a fair-use allowance of Runs. At the limit the agents queue and ask — they never bill you by the token, and never quietly get worse to stay inside a budget.
Your data stays in the EU.
Zuger Technologies OÜ is the data controller, Estonian law governs, the GDPR applies in full, and every subprocessor is listed.
Passkeys, not passwords.
There is no password to phish. Signing in and signing off are the same gesture, and an approval needs one that is less than two minutes old.
THE NAME
A Zuger is someone
from Zug.
The town on the lake where the company is headed, and the word the Swiss use for its people. The agents work like one: quietly, precisely, and they go home when the job is done.

The company lives where the founder does. Three cities, one approvals inbox, and an agent on shift at every hour of the clock.

The founder
One person,
three countries.
Artur builds the platform, the agents and the interfaces they report through. He founded Zuger after running companies in three countries and doing the close, the returns and the filings by hand for all of them.
The last step — filing, signing, paying — was the only part worth keeping for a human. Everything before it is what the agents now do, to the last step, and stop.
