A real Run starts. The assistant follows it and tells you what came back, and what stopped for your decision.
“What did Titlis prepare for the VAT return?”
The document, pulled from the Run and quoted in the conversation you are already in.
“Every Monday, check last week’s bank feed.”
A routine, created and shown back to you. Pause it the same way.
“What do we know about supplier X?”
Company memory, asked directly. Add to it in a sentence: “remember that we invoice in euros”.
“Approve it.”
The one thing an assistant will not do. It answers: that is yours, in the Console — and gives you the link.

Sign in and say yes
You are sent to the Console, shown what the app may do in plain words and what it never can, and asked once.

Ask
From then on it is a conversation. Disconnect any time from Settings → Connected apps; owners and admins see every connected app.
Claude
Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste the address; Claude opens the sign-in.
ChatGPT
Settings → Connectors → Create → MCP. Same address; you sign in on the Console.
Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code

QUESTIONS
Asked before connecting.
Is it free?
Yes. Connecting an assistant is a door, not a feature: every plan has it, including Free. Your plan’s Runs are what you spend.
Can it approve things if I tell it to?
No. There is no tool that approves, signs, files, pays or hires, and the server tells the model so before it does anything. Asked, it gives you the Console link.
Does it see my bank or my email?
It sees what you could see in the Console: what agents prepared, read from the tools you connected. It never receives a credential, and never a connected tool’s raw data.
Does Bernina check what comes from an assistant?
Yes, exactly as she checks a brief typed in the Console: the same gate, the same holds, the same refusals.
Can I disconnect it?
Any time, from Settings → Connected apps. Its tokens stop working at once. Owners and admins see every connected app in the company and can disconnect any of them.
Which assistants work?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, and any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol over HTTP.
