Pilatus
Pilatus prepares your formations and then keeps the statutory calendar — articles, share issuances, UBO registers, registered office, annual returns. In the UK it lodges through the Companies House API. In Estonia it prepares everything and walks you to your own e-Residency signature; in Switzerland it prepares and books the notary. Those two steps are reserved to you by law, not by us.
