HOW IT WORKS
Link once.
Then just write.

Link a chat
In the Console, open Settings → Channels and choose Telegram or WhatsApp. You get a code; send it from the chat you want linked. It works for fifteen minutes, once.

Write
Anything you write is a brief for Dom, who hands it to the right agent. Start with a name to ask one agent yourself: “Säntis: what is still unpaid from August?”

Get the answer back
When the agent is done, the answer comes to the same chat. If it has a question, it asks there, and you answer by replying.

Decide in the Console
Anything that needs your signature arrives as a card with one button: Open to approve. It opens the Console, where your passkey signs it.

No syntax to learn. The commands are there for when you want a list instead of a sentence.

The same rule as everywhere else in Zuger: agents prepare, you decide. A chat is one more way in, never a way around it.
Nothing in a chat decides
No button in Telegram or WhatsApp approves, signs, files or pays. An approval is a card with one link, and typing “approve” gets you the same link.
The link is who you are
A chat speaks as the person who linked it, never as the name it shows. One chat, one person; group chats are ignored.
You choose what leaves Zuger
By default a chat gets titles, short answers and links. The owner can allow whole answers, in Settings → Channels.
Bernina reads every brief
A brief from a chat is checked exactly like one typed in the Console: the same gate, the same holds, the same refusals.
The same limits
A brief from a chat is a Run on your plan, like any other. A company paused for non-payment starts nothing from a chat either.
Unlink any time
Settings → Channels shows every chat you linked. Unlink one and it is told nothing more. Leave a company and its chats go with you.

QUESTIONS
Before you
link a chat.
Are my chats end-to-end encrypted?
No. A chat with a Telegram bot is a cloud chat, and WhatsApp messages to a business are read by Meta’s servers on the way to us. That is why, by default, only titles, short answers and links leave Zuger. Telegram, and Meta once WhatsApp opens, are listed as subprocessors.
Can I approve from my phone?
Yes, in the Console, which works on a phone. The card in your chat opens it; your passkey signs. Never in the chat itself.
Can a teammate use my chat?
No. A chat works for the person who linked it. Each person links their own, and each sees only what their role in the company lets them see.
Which language does it answer in?
The one you read Zuger in: English, German, French, Spanish or Italian. Change it in the Console and the chat follows.
I work for more than one company.
Send /company and choose. The chat works for one company at a time, and says which.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. A brief from a chat is a Run on your plan, the same as one from the Console.
