INVESTORS

The back office,
as a margin business.

Every company has one. Almost none can afford the people it takes. Zuger sells it as a staff of agents at one fixed price per company, working through the night and stopping at the one thing only a founder can do.

The thesis

Founders do not want software. They want staff.
Agents are the first thing that can be sold as staff.

The last decade sold founders tools and left them the work. Zuger charges per company, per month, for the close, the return, the pipeline and the board pack, done to the last step. The last step, by law, stays with the founder.

THE MODEL

One price.
A whole staff. No meter.

The customer buys finished work, not usage. That is the whole commercial idea, and every rule below follows from it.

PRICEPer company, per month

Never per seat, never per token. Invite the accountant and the lawyer at no extra cost. The number on the site is the number on the invoice.

ALLOWANCEAgents queue, never bill

Every plan carries a fair-use allowance of Runs. At the limit the agents stop and ask to upgrade. No on-demand charges, no token invoice, no quiet drop in quality.

SIGNATUREThe founder stays the founder

Filing, signing and paying never leave the customer. It is what makes the product legal to sell, and what makes a company that has taught its staff stay.

UNIT ECONOMICS

Written into the code,
not the deck.

AGENTS ON SHIFT
Unlimited

On Company and Agency: as many as a founder can brief. Ten idle agents cost nothing; one busy agent is worth the plan.

HUMAN SIGNATURES
100%

Of anything binding. Every filing, contract and payment stops for one. It is the moat, and it is why the product is legal to sell.

PER COMPANY
€59–1,190

Founder, Company, Agency: a month, never per token. Agency runs five client companies for one back office.

MARKETPLACE
8 shelves

Skills and agents sold between companies, hired by people and by agents, inside the same gate. Supply that grows without headcount.

THE FLYWHEEL

Three things that
get cheaper as they grow.

01Every run teaches the memory

A correction sticks and spreads to every agent in the company. The second month is cheaper to serve than the first. A company that has taught its staff for a year does not leave.

02Every skill can be sold

What one founder taught an agent is worth the same to a thousand companies. The marketplace turns customers into supply, hired by people and by agents alike.

03Every hire runs inside the gate

Nothing on the shelf can file, sign or pay. The gate that makes the product legal to sell is the same gate that makes the marketplace safe to open.

WHAT IS BUILT

Honest about
where it is.

Private beta, founder-funded, no outside capital. The list below is what runs, and what is next. Not a roadmap slide.

  1. 01

    The platform

Passkeys, the approval gate, the audit chain, company memory, routines, scoped connections, the run graph. 700 tests, all green, on every push.

  2. 02

    Three agents on shift

Dom routes and writes the board pack; Säntis closes the month and prepares the VAT return; Eiger builds the pipeline and drafts in the founder’s voice.

  3. 03

The console, the API, two SDKs

A messenger for the founder, a documented API with machine keys that can never approve, TypeScript and Python clients, and a public status page.

  4. 04

    The marketplace and billing

Skills and agents hired by people and by agents; plans, embedded checkout, upgrades and downgrades, wired to Stripe and waiting on the registry code before the first invoice.

  5. 05

    Next

Model keys on, the worker running real runs, five more agents from roadmap to shift, and the first companies through a full month-end.

WHY NOW

Three things that were
not true two years ago.

The models can do the work

Reconciliation, contract reading and drafting in a founder’s voice were research problems. They are now a cost line, one Zuger caps.

Passkeys are everywhere

Every phone has one. A signature that is fresh, bound to one approval and impossible to phish is now a tap, which is what makes "agents prepare, humans sign" a product rather than a policy.

Founders are alone

Fewer hires, more entities, more jurisdictions. The back office that used to be three people is now one founder at midnight. That is the customer.

THE COMPANY

One entity today.
One intended.

INCORPORATEDTallinnZUGER TECHNOLOGIES OÜ

The contracting entity, the seller of record and the data controller. Estonian law, the GDPR in full, data in the EU.

UNDER FORMATIONZugZUGER TECHNOLOGIES AG

The intended group holding company. Under formation, and described as such wherever it matters. The switch is a config change and a Stripe account, not a rewrite.
