Most agent products meter you by the token, which means the bill arrives after the work and nobody can forecast it. That is a bad trade for a product that touches your finances.
At the limit, agents queue
They stop and ask you to upgrade. They do not bill you on demand, and they do not quietly get worse at the work to stay inside a budget.
No token billing, ever
There is no per-token line item, no credit pack and no surprise invoice. If we cannot make the economics work at a flat price, that is our problem to solve.

A part-time bookkeeper runs to a few hundred a month before you count the management. An agent that reconciles nightly, chases invoices and leaves the return prepared costs less than the fraction of a person you were going to hire — and it does not stop at the end of the month.

FAQs
Why these numbers?
One price per company for a whole staff, set against what the same work costs in people: a part-time bookkeeper alone costs more than Founder. They move only when the work changes, with 30 days notice, and never mid-period.
Is it per seat?
No. Invite your co-founder, your accountant and your lawyer at no extra cost. The price is per company, and then per legal entity if you run more than one.
What happens when I hit my Run limit?
The agents queue and ask you to upgrade. Nothing is ever billed on demand. Output quality is never quietly reduced to stay inside a budget.
Do agents cost extra?
Not on Company and Agency — run as many as you can usefully brief. The lower plans cap the count because a small number of well-briefed agents is how this works anyway.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Any time, in the Console. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period; cancellation stops the agents at period end and your export stays available for 30 days.
Who am I actually buying from?
Zuger Technologies OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Invoices carry its Estonian registry and VAT details, EU B2C VAT is reported through the One Stop Shop, and B2B reverse charge applies on a VIES-validated number.
