THE STAFF

Three agents live.
Five on the roadmap.

Each one holds a standing mandate: what it owns, what it may decide alone, and what always comes back to you. Dom, Säntis and Eiger are what you can put on shift today; the other five are built and labelled honestly when they arrive. They are named after the peaks and places around Zug — you already know how to say them.

02 — HOW HIRING WORKS

Ten minutes to hire,
a week to trust.

  1. 01

    Say what it owns

One or two sentences. "Close the month and prepare VAT." No workflow builder, no nodes.

  2. 02

    Connect what it needs

You grant it scoped access to the tools it needs — no passwords, and read-only for anything financial. Revoke a connection and it stops using it mid-run.

  3. 03

    Set the line

Above your threshold it asks. Below it, it just gets on with the work.

  4. 04

    Watch the first run

Every action is logged with the reasoning. Correct it once and the correction sticks.

  5. 05

    Let it write the routine

What you approved twice becomes a scheduled routine that runs without being asked.

03 — TOGETHER

They hand work to each other
the way people should.

Work crosses between agents without a meeting. You see every pass, and only the decisions that are genuinely yours reach you.

04 — THE GUARD

One layer watches
all of them.

Bernina is not the ninth agent. It is the layer every agent runs inside: it reads what they read before they do, checks every tool call as it happens, and inspects what they produce before you see it. On every plan, never counted against your Runs.

BERNINA · GUARDIAN LAYER

Not on the roster. Not for hire. Every Run passes through it.
