From tools to a team
Today
A company buys a dozen tools and becomes their operator: exporting, copying and reconciling by hand.
Where we are going
One team works across your tools, read-only, and reports back in plain words.
Our vision
And its people keep every decision that binds it.
The whole idea
A company is mostly back office. The close, the return, the chase, the calendar, the contract, the hire.Today a founder does it late at night, or pays someone else to do it.We think every company deserves a team for it.Not another tool. A team.Agents who know the company, hand the work to each other and take it to the last step. And people who keep the one thing that is never handed over:every decision that binds the company.
Why we started
Every company carries a second job. Matching the bank to the receipts. Preparing the return. Chasing what is owed. Reading the contract before it is signed. Keeping the dates a registry expects.
A large company hires a finance team, a legal team and an operations team for it. The founder of a small one does it alone, late at night, or pays for hours the company cannot spare.
None of it is the reason the company exists. All of it has to be right.
We are building Zuger so that a team of agents does this second job, and the people who run the company only have to decide.
01 · Where this goes
What changes when the back office is a team of agents, and what never does.
Today
A company buys a dozen tools and becomes their operator: exporting, copying and reconciling by hand.
Where we are going
One team works across your tools, read-only, and reports back in plain words.
Today
A founder’s week goes on preparation: the close, the return, the chase, the calendar.
Where we are going
The preparation arrives done, with the workings attached. People spend their time on the decisions only they can make.
Today
A real back office is something only larger companies can afford.
Where we are going
A whole team for one flat price per company, never per seat, whether the company is one person or a group.
02 · The team, at work
Pick a brief. Dom routes it, the agents hand it along the relay, Bernina checks it, and the last stop is always you.

03 · The eight
Each agent holds a standing mandate: what it owns, what it prepares, and what always comes back to you. Dom, Säntis and Eiger are built. The other five are on the roadmap, and each is labelled that way until it is ready.
04 · Your week
The same five days, twice. Switch between them.

05 · What we believe
A company of one has the same close, the same return and the same deadlines as a company of a thousand. It should have the same team, at one flat price per company.
Money out, filings, contracts and anything a customer will read stop for a person. Only a passkey can approve. A password never can, and neither can an agent.
Agents take the work to the last step: they read, match, draft and prepare. Then they stop, with the workings attached, so a decision takes minutes, not an evening.
Bernina, the guardian layer, is designed to check the agents’ work before, during and after every Run, and to stop what should not leave.
You brief the team the way you would brief a colleague: in the Console, from Claude or any MCP client, and soon from Telegram and WhatsApp.
People at Zuger ask before they look at your work. An owner or admin approves with a passkey, for four hours at most, and every look is listed. We never train models on it.
